Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base.
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan and monitor sales and also formulate counter plan for the field forces;
∎ Enable day to day business activities as well as business development initiatives through coordination with cross functional business leaders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have 3 years practical experience in the similar position in reputed courier & parcel service organizations.
∎ Must have to lead a team to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Highly motivated and capable to work in goal oriented stress condition.

Salary: Negotiable
