Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc-Ag./ B.Sc Engineering (any discipline) from any reputed public institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Credit Recovery, Sales/ Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make the feasibility of agricultural business in the command area and explore the market.
∎ Developing market for Agri-Machinery products (Combined Harvester, Reaper, Rice Transplanter) and other Agricultural Equipment; increasing sales within the defined territory.
∎ Have to capability to select the good customer and to sell the agri-product in due course
∎ Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
∎ Achieving Monthly Collection Target.
∎ Have to good plan to close the customer file by scheduled time
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 01 year practical experience in Marketing, Sales and Recovery in Agri- Machinery & Equipment / Capital Machinery/ FMCG in respective position.
∎ Must be mentally ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Candidate should have valid driving Motor Cycle License.
∎ He should have good team working abilities.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ He should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
∎ Can do attitude.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary will be offered to the deserving candidates with long term service benefit (Festival Bonus, CPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc) as per company policy.
