Responsibilities & Context: - Presenting the products to the customers.
- Actively engage in cold calling, social networking, and other methods to reach potential clients.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Identifying the potential customers.
- Manage Door to Door visit specially in on going Construction project and motivate to buy our products/ Services.
- Visit potential customers to prospect for new business, acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Achieving sales target of the company.
- Collection of market data & competitors information and analyze for weekly & monthly reporting & get updated with sales status every day.
- Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
- Writing sales contracts as per the company's requirements.
- Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
- Understanding the current market potentials.
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
- Building a positive relationship with the customers.
- Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Writing the market / competitors information or activities.
- Actively engage in cold calling, social networking, and other methods to reach potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contact points and decision-makers in corporate accounts through regular meetings and engagement activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Convert leads into successful property sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide detailed property presentations, site visits, and investment insights.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
