∎ Master of Commerce( M com Accounting / Management)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
∎ Visiting potential customers for new business opportunities
∎ Gathering market and customer information
∎ Analyzing future market potentials.
∎ Day to day reporting
∎ Assist in planning, developing, and directing the marketing efforts for Priyo Prangon brand and product.
∎ Engage, inspire and galvanize the organization around the brand vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise.
∎ Participate in brand strategy discussions and in setting a bulls-eye customer target.
∎ Work collaboratively with marketing communications to execute packaging designs consistent with a determined Communications hierarchy and a global style guide.
∎ Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer trends to enhance the brand's equity and marketplace performance.
∎ Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to support brand manager in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing items.
∎ Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to help manager in recommending base and stretch revenue goals for upcoming year.
∎ Conduct cost analysis and prepare budgets.
∎ Analyzes customer, category, competition, and channel/customer as part of a situation assessment.
∎ Produce various reports of the Corporate Promotions Department.
∎ Must be strong & energetic
∎ Should be self motivated
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership, planning and organizing and problem solving skills.
∎ Be proactive to identify possible problem in advance.
∎ Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel and power point.
∎ Have strong sense of responsibilities and accepting change for excellence.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability
∎ Influencing people & gaining commitment
∎ Team work & team commitment
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure
∎ High level of professional integrity
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Experience in foreign company country of Foreign company Bd.
