Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build an active and engaged audience for the business Key responsibilities of this role are:
∎
∎ Day-to-day management of digital marketing including; analysis, tracking, and order processing.
∎ Assist Management in the project management of end-to-end advertising and creative campaign process ensuring the delivery of excellent and integrated customer communications, with accurate deployment, on time and budget.
∎ Supports broader integrated advertising and promotional campaigns, by developing marketing campaigns and programs to raise awareness, consideration, purchase, and trial.
∎ Uses a wide range of techniques, including paid search (PPC), remarketing, display ads, native ads, social media advertising and more.
∎ Contributes to the analysis, tracking, monitoring and evaluating the success of online/digital marketing and communication programs.
∎ Works closely with Senior Management, Content developers and the Creative Designers, to adapt the content/graphic presentation of web content and online advertising programs for maximum impact and visitor engagement.
∎ Creates relevant, engaging content to communicate effectively with defined target market segments through all online and digital channels, adapting and optimizing existing content and curating third-party content; works closely with Creative experts to link visual, video and multimedia components.
∎ Develops strategies to drive online traffic to the website.
∎ Monitors rapidly evolving online media channels and evaluate and recommends appropriate action.
∎ Develops and manages the social media content/editorial plan and calendar in active collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
∎ Monitors, optimizes, develops and posts content on social media channels to increase audience engagement and reach.
∎ Manages and monitors budgets relating to online/digital marketing and communications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We encourage freshers to apply. Experience in health sector desirable. Aptitude in areas such as campaign management, communication techniques, e-commerce, marketing strategy, brand marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, PR, CRM, marketing automation and analytics & measurement, etc. are a plus.
