∎ Driving licence holder given preference
∎ Well conversant in Microsoft Office applications
∎ Physically fit for extensive visit all over business area of Overseas market
∎ Data mining and analytical skill
∎ Basic IT knowledge
∎ Basic Business understanding
∎ Critical thinking skill
∎ Communication & persuasion skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Visit route/Area on a regular interval and report to management about their performance· Check and verify between stock register/report and physical stock. Check and verify order, sales, and delivery register.· Random verification of Shop claims like: rebate claims, damage claims etc.· Assess that whether or not promotional programs are implemented properly.· Conduct retail based survey on a specific brand· To follow competitors activities in the market· To assess Driver cum Salesman/Salesman’s activities and performance evaluation· Random verification of field forces about their memo, route chart, attendance, market relation, target achievement record etc.· Prepare audit and control reports about market by collecting, & analyzing overall market· Verify market involvement of concerned supervisors whether they visit those points regularly, extend proper directions to their respective team members, maintain good relations with different outlets etc.· Perform other investigative jobs as assigned by the management
