Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any university or any discipline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 5 year(s) practical experience in any reputed Land Developments/ Housing & Real Estate Company or well renowned developer company.
∎ Must have 7-10 years of practical experience in Land Deed, Parcha, Namjari, Jot Report and Faraize work in any well-established real estate or housing company and working directly with DC Office, AC (Land) Office, Sub-Registry Office, Tahsil Office. Must understand all land related documents including CS, SA, RS, City Survey, Deed, Bayadalil, Warish Sanad, Power of Attorney, Dag, Khatian, etc.
∎ Preference to retired Kanungo/Tahsildar/Union Land Assistants, etc.
∎ Experience of multiple works as assigned by the Company.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in office management and administration.
∎ Good interpersonal skill, energetic and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge in Real Estate Sector will be given preference.
∎ Preference will be given to honest, dedicated and qualified candidates.
Salary: Negotiable
