Responsibilities & Context:
Attend to Pre-production meeting and collect required data and materials to get start new styles
Do risk analysis and share with respective team
Daily check module wise styles running according to plan
Daily check KSC & KCD
Hourly and daily monitoring production and Efficiency
Validate Running style and upcoming styles SMV if any query work with IE, Planning team and share with senior management
Check upcoming style material status (OTT)
Focus on new techniques and technologies and apply in to the operation and gain SMV maximization
Check style wise costing SMV vs machine running time, knit ability & possible speed.
Style wise reconciliation and wastage management
