Additional Requirements:
∎ Data Analyse, work in MS -Excel / MS -word, communication skills, Silhouette base plan, Team Work, Work in Stoll & Shima Seike Machine.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend to Pre-production meeting and collect required data and materials to get start new styles
∎ Do risk analysis and share with respective team
∎ Daily check module wise styles running according to plan
∎ Daily check KSC & KCD
∎ Hourly and daily monitoring production and Efficiency
∎ Validate Running style and upcoming styles SMV if any query work with IE, Planning team and share with senior management
∎ Check upcoming style material status (OTT)
∎ Focus on new techniques and technologies and apply in to the operation and gain SMV maximization
∎ Check style wise costing SMV vs machine running time, knit ability & possible speed.
∎ Style wise reconciliation and wastage management
