Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline, preferably business, from any reputed university, marketing major preferable.
Job Context:
∎ Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
∎ 3 Months` Probation Period
∎ Office Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with clients and various third parties to formulate visual representation and briefs of projects.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients as well as the bridge between clients and the office production/community manager, production team, IT and Finance.
∎ Work closely with her/his team to bring innovative marketing solutions to the clients and design marketing campaigns.
∎ Manage a sales team from different areas of the business
∎ Provide support and counseling to the stakeholders, collect briefs from the client and then define, clarify and focus direction of the assignments and smooth running of them.
∎ Manage deadlines and handle difficult situations with calmness and presence of mind.
∎ Develop annual brand plans for all assigned accounts
∎ Meet quarter sales & recovery goals.
∎ Nurture strong client relationship to achieve highest level of client satisfaction and ensure the highest possible quality of work
∎ Demonstrate senior level business acumen
∎ Evaluates market research and adjusts new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Support new business development programs within the sales team.
∎ Documentation Support, presentation, sales pitch document.
∎ Communicating with colleagues within the company, such as creative managers, in the process of developing a promotional campaign. Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1 year of experience in marketing and advertising and agencies, including digital, would be preferred.
∎ Candidates looking for internship opportunities need not apply.
∎ Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written as candidate that would help analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, write reports/presentations and effectively present results to concerned parties.
