Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing new sales opportunities & market potentials to sell land projects/apartments;
∎ Take effective regular marketing and sales visits to target customers;
∎ Work in the marketing team as an effective member and maintain individual visits to clients followed by ensured sales;
∎ Assist in effective and result oriented communication, presentations for corporate sales;
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members;
∎ Actively assist in developing a strong communication platform for NRBs. Help in developing a quality database of NRBs. Also, develop an effective tool for result-oriented follow-ups and sales to NRBs and expatriates;
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy;
∎ Explore new markets for sales increase.
∎ Achieving of sales target assigned by the company;
∎ Capacity to sale products independently as per company policy;
∎ Should possess leadership quality & capacity to work in team;
∎ Capacity to serve existing customer base satisfactorily through maintaining continuous relation with them and to build new customer base for the company through putting continuous drive;
∎ Should be well disciplined, energetic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive attitude.
∎ Should have the capacity to make proper marketing plan and its successful execution;
∎ Must be proactive, self motivated, willing to take initiative and result oriented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of work experience with reputed real estate company
∎ Candidates with first hand professional experience will be given preference but freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Right candidate must possess knowledge about digital marketing, client management and content marketing.
∎ The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excel.
∎ He/she should have the knowledge in Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads.
