Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cloud Server, Router Switch Configuration and Maintenance
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Pick customers call and solve according to their issue.
∎ Maintain existing customer's base
∎ Plan and execute to increase new customers for software usages
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Good at Microsoft Excel and Word
∎ Have a mindset to focus on sales
