Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
∎ Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
∎ Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
∎ Monitor, Setup & Troubleshoot CCTV & Access Control devices.
∎ Track & Maintain Related Product & Hardware Inventory.
∎ Monitor & Maintain Computer systems, networks and repair/replace if needed.
∎ Coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
∎ Configure Company user mail in Windows as per requirements.
∎ Coordinate with IT Team for Smooth IT operation.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
