∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Security Management of IT System, System Analyst, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Web Developer/ Web Designer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical knowhow with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10.
∎ Sound knowledge on network design and implementation.
∎ Network troubleshooting for LAN and Wi-Fi.
∎ Monitoring Wi-Fi router on a regular basis.
∎ Providing strong IT & data security for every workstation.
∎ Monitoring and reporting for any sorts of network and system failure.
∎ Dealing with vendor and take necessary action.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners.
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
∎ Setting up and troubleshooting E-mail accounts with Outlook (2007, 2010 and 2013).
∎ Maintaining records of software licenses and IT inventory such as Laptop, Desktop, UPS, Printer, Scanner etc.
∎ Managing stocks of network equipment's, and other IT materials for critical issues.
∎ Taking care of CCTV(IP Camera) and regular monitoring it for ensuring uptime.
∎ Taking care of accesscontrol (finger print) and downloading data from reader daily.
∎ Keep daily work log for every technical support.
