∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot the computer hardware and end-user IT support for LAN, OS, e-mail issues, etc.
∎ Maintain network devices (Switch, AP), IT Infrastructure, and IT Security.
∎ Provide IT supports to end-users for their Desktop, Laptop, Network Connection, Scanner, Printer & Other IT assets.
∎ Configure & maintain network printers, CCTV/IP surveillance, access control, and PABX/IP Phone, etc.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot the antivirus server and file server properly.
∎ Visit different units and depots for IT support.
∎ Administrate windows server applicants' Active Directory (AD), Domain Controller (DC), Domain Name System (DNS), and Domain Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
∎ Maintain liaison with external service providers or vendors on significant system problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 4 years of experience in IT Deskside & Network support area.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge of enterprise computing environments, and Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)/ Internet Protocol (IP) networks.
∎ The applicants should have practical experience in the following area(s): IT System Management, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, and Security Management for IT Systems, System engineering (computer network & system) & hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Microsoft and Cisco Certified candidates will get preference.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
