Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Experienced candidte with IT related job may apply (B.Sc, Diploma)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PC Support (Desktop & Laptop), IT inventory
∎ Act as Help Desk and provide technical IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Fax, Printers and other IT assets.
∎ Set up new PCs as per the requirement approved by the management.
∎ Must have depth hardware experience.
∎ Must have vast knowledge about MS office application specially Ms Excel.
∎ Have in hand experience of network troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users.
∎ Identify user needs.
∎ Determine network and system requirements
∎ Setup, maintenance and ensure of recording IP camera and CCTV, Wi-Fi device, CCTV, NVR, IP Camera, Attendance device management
∎ Knowledge of LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Hub, Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM) and their installation, configuration & cabling
∎ Must have knowledge of Operating system installation / troubleshoot.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
