Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ • Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
∎ • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
∎ • Support basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN issues, etc.).
∎ • Assist with software installations, updates, and security patches.
∎ • Maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting steps.
∎ • Work with senior IT team members to learn and implement new technologies.
∎ • Follow company IT policies and ensure data security best practices.
