Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating with foreign buyers to ensure sales targets.
∎ Following up on financial collection with the concerned party, bank & accounts.
∎ Ensuring the quality of products with the Corporation of QC.Maintaining customer feedback by following up on complaints.
∎ Coordinating with commercial, production, distribution and C&F to ensure timely and hassle-free delivery.
∎ To develop a business strategy for market expansion.
∎ Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries.
∎ To support the direct manager in preparing the market analysis report, annual budget, product presentation, catalog & strategy development.
∎ To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching customer needs and requirements.
∎ Any kind of relevant responsibility given by the direct or indirect manager for the betterment of the company.
