Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure regular & periodical internal audit on the basis of pre & post transactions.
∎ To verify the bills/ vouchers/ requisition or any others documents as per company policy.
∎ To check Wages Sheet, Salary Sheet and Overtime sheet.
∎ Regular basis market verification for price and quality conformation.
∎ To check all kinds of purchase bill, TA DA bill, regular traveling & conveyance bill, entertainment bill.
∎ To ensure compliance with corporate, local statutory requirement through appropriate record keeping.
∎ Monitor & Check over the Inventory and Fixed Assets management regularly/periodically as well as physically verify.
∎ To follow up management actions/implementations on audit recommendation to monitor that business is conducted in a proper and sound manner.
∎ To check procurement system & production activities.
∎ To develop audit plan, audit program, audit schedule based on risk assessment in line with standard audit practices and guideline and direction from management and support Assistant Manager - Internal Audit to support in achieving audit activities.
∎ Verify all distribution related activities -Transport bill of trucks, transport rate verify, delivery procedures etc.
∎ Others special assignment as directed by management.
∎ To audit of key risk area, ensure compliance with set policy & procedure, documents, books & records.
∎ To identify financial and administrative weakness and make recommendations with time frames to the operational units on all financial matters.
∎ To review the policies and process of the company risk management and ascertain the extent of compliance with established policies, procedures and instructions in Monthly Audit Meeting.
∎ To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison for review with the team leader - Assistant Manager, Internal Audit.
∎ To identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
∎ Any other works as assigned by the Head of Department time to time-Financial Cost Analysis, Compare to Fund Requisition and Actual Expenses in Factory, Cost Analysis, Develop to Distribution Policy, Production Cost Analysis, Fuel Cost Analysis of our own vehicle. Gas & Electricity cost analysis compare with productionTo help and assist the Head of Department in all the above and other requirements.
