Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong background in Retail & Super Shop operations. The candidate will manage daily accounts, sales reconciliation, inventory, VAT & Tax, and lead the accounts team.
Manage full set of accounts for retail & super shop operations
Handle daily sales reconciliation, POS transactions & cash management
Monitor inventory accounting and stock valuation
Prepare financial reports (daily, monthly, yearly)
Maintain VAT, Tax, and compliance as per Bangladesh regulations
Control expenses, budgeting & financial planning
Supervise accounts team and ensure accurate reporting
Coordinate with auditors and management
