We are a boutique accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firm based in Dubai, serving SMEs across the UAE. We deliver clean, compliant, and investor-ready books for our clients. We are a small, quality-focused team and are looking to hire a remote bookkeeper to join our team.

This is a permanent, full-time position — not freelance, not contract. We are looking for someone who is fully committed, available exclusively during our working hours, and takes pride in clean, accurate books.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain monthly bookkeeping for a portfolio of 15–20 SME clients

• Perform bank reconciliations, categorization, and transaction entry

• Prepare quarterly VAT returns on Zoho Books / Wafeq

• Send structured monthly document requests to clients (templates provided)

• Flag issues and incomplete data to the Senior Accountant promptly

• Maintain organized client files on Google Drive per firm standards

• Meet monthly deadlines consistently

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years UAE bookkeeping experience (remote or otherwise) - mandatory

• Proficient in Zoho Books and/or Wafeq (mandatory)

• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and basics of the UAE CT

• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Professional written communication in English
