Responsibilities & Context:
Mastermind Digital Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in accounting and finance, hands-on experience with accounting software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and presentation tools. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial, audit, and tax-related records accurately and efficiently, while supporting the company’s financial operations through reporting, expense monitoring, documentation, budgeting, and reconciliation.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor expenses and ensure effective cost control
Maintain accurate documentation of all financial, audit, and taxation activities
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
Reconcile bank statements with company records
Assist in preparing budgets and financial plans

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax calculation
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Strong proficiency in accounting software
Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and internet-based applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
