Responsibilities & Context:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
● Develop and implement overall financial strategy aligned with business goals.
● Prepare annual budget, forecast and long-term financial plans
2. Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance
● Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements complying BAS/BFRS.
● Managing relationships with banks for efficient fund flow and optimizing finance cost.
● Coordinate daily financial operation and internal-external audits.
● Maintain all VAT-TAX other regulatory compliance.
● Oversee LC management and customs duty related all procedures.
● Preparing cost analysis and profitability improvement initiatives.
3. Leadership & System Management
● Lead and manage Finance & Accounts, Business support team.
● Team training ও performance monitoring.
● Cross-department coordination (Sales, Production, Supply chain, Business support).
● Supervise ERP system and collaborate with IT team.
4. Management Reporting
● Prepare and present financial reports to Board.
● Provide insights and recommendations for Business decision.
● Develop KPI & dashboard and performance metrics.
● Any other reports as assigned by Management time to time.
