Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial plans
Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and recommend corrective actions
Support pricing strategy and cost optimization initiatives
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and product performance
Evaluate new product launches, promotions, and expansion opportunities
Ensure effective trade spend management (discounts, incentives, schemes)
Analyze distributor margins, channel profitability, and coverage efficiency
Support decision-making on credit policies, trade terms, and sales targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS/local accounting standards
Coordinate with audit teams (internal & external)
Develop dashboards for sales performance, SKU performance, and growth metrics
Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making
