∎ Establish a robust system for monitoring and scheduling factory maintenance to prevent disruptions in operations and maintain equipment efficiency.Ensure that manufacturing plans align with established styling guidelines to maintain product consistency and brand identity.Emphasize optimizing resource utilization, particularly thread consumption, to minimize waste and maximize productivity without compromising quality.Focus on fostering a culture of productivity and quality within the production team, providing leadership and support to achieve production targets.Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering head to develop and implement a system for evaluating employee effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.Maintain regular oversight of daily operations, reviewing departmental reports and addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
