Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and design line layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Cross check the operation bulletin & make plan for the layout.
∎ Allocate the best operator for the best process.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ SAM (Standard Allocated Minute) calculation & target set up.
∎ Time study, Work study, Motion study, Method study, Wip control.
∎ Bottleneck in operation - Identify and eradicate.
∎ Multi-skill operator projection & train up operator.
∎ Make skill matrix. Keep style wise line related file.
∎ Capacity study & balance the line for maximum production.
∎ Operator interview & evaluation. Process development. Visual training.
∎ Work with production personnel to establish best practices;
∎ Co- ordinate with production, store & merchandising department for smooth production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
