Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Executive- Sales & Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the Sales & Marketing Department and managing business development operations.
∎ This role includes achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
∎ The Executive Officers will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with the product, billing, and customer service teams. Develop and implement marketing strategies by setting goals and objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
∎ Identify and explore creative ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct SWOT analysis to improve sales performance.
∎ Achieve sales targets and prepare detailed sales achievement reports.
∎ Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and acquire new customers.
∎ Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
∎ Maintain an updated database of customer details, including competition and potential leads.
∎ Present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Forecast upcoming sales trends and manage inventory accordingly.
∎ Report visit-to-sales ratios and overall performance to the immediate senior.
∎ Conduct physical visits to customers anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Identify and target new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
∎ Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.·
∎ Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
∎ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
