Responsibilities & Context:
Context:
Trofima Refreshments, A 3rd Party Tea Blending and Packaging company of a leading Multinational of Bangladesh (Lipton tea)
Responsibility:
Inspection of CRQS work.
Shift-wise log sheet data entry in an Excel sheet
Record the daily D-incident & action steps should be taken
D-incident related to all activity
RCA form fill-up, RCA follow –up
Monthly D-incident report sharing next month
Inspection OOQ log Book
Inspection of the rework task & complete the rework task
Quality related issue if discuss at the morning meeting will be circular
Packaging materials analysis & maintenance in SAP
Weight Balance checked
Packaging material trial & prepared CRQS report.
SAP system quality clearance for FG, RM & PM.
