Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Handle customer inquiries and operational coordination effectively.

  • Support daily service operations and communication with clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and online meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer care or professional service experience preferred.

  • IT or operational experience will be considered an advantage.

  • Knowledge of the RFID/apparel/technology industry is a plus.

  • Business Development (BD) experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

  • Candidates from any educational or professional background are encouraged to apply if they have strong customer handling capability.
