Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To accomplish the target of washing production by ensuring quality in time;
∎ To achieve daily and monthly target according to production planning;
∎ Proper utilization of machine and manpower and ensure chemical dosing in the machine based on approved recipe;
∎ To reduce wash cost by analyzing recipe & using washing chemicals in a proper way;
∎ According to shipment plan ensure style wise delivery closing;
∎ Handling critical washes and new styles in an effective way to increase productivity at bulk;
∎ To ensure that average rejection percentage should be below than 0.4% & re-wash % should be below than 6%;
∎ To ensure that Wet Process should run based on the SOP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good team player;
∎ Proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control pressure with shifting duty;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new methods/ processes and sharpening existing processes;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bengali.
