∎ MBA /BBA or Masters/Hons from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw materials issuing to production floor based on cutting report;
∎ Collecting system generated packing list from finishing packing section;
∎ Collecting vehicle information from escort for preparing system generated export delivery challan;
∎ Collecting commercials invoice from head office concern commercial export personnel and compare with system generated packing list provided by factory packing section;
∎ Prepared cargo dispatch report and send to head office commercial dept. on time;
∎ Dispatching in oracle system of shipped goods after end of every weekly closing;
∎ Prepare non merchandising materials purchase requisition and send to procurement department for necessary booking;
∎ Maintain export bolt seal and sharp tools record register daily basis as per buyer requirement;
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly shipment report on time;
∎ Keeping all kinds of shipment challan in separately according to buyers;
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field with vast knowledge working with the reputed company;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Should have basic knowledge of Store procedures & practices;
∎ Positive attitude, willingness to learn;
∎ Advanced knowledge & skills in computer literacy especially on MS excel;
∎ Ready to residing factory surrounding areas;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal skills.
