Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE / Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set the target and draft and design layout of quality table, materials and Work space to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Assist Quality Manager by study and record time, quality checking method and speed involved in Performance of quality dept. and other worker operations.
∎ To prepare layout for the quality floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.
∎ To analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process.
∎ Check the quality process; WIP, non-productive time and compile reports on progress of work and quality problems.
∎ Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new tools.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop quality and design standards, coordinate technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team· before new style/ input are given to production floor.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues and efficiency of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Must have computer proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on daily shifting basis.
