∎ B.Sc / Diploma in computer Science from Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications;
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, solving hardware or software faults;
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy;
∎ Monitor & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera/Camera, CCTV, PABX, Finger/ Face Attendances & Access control Device;
∎ Setting up new user's accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
∎ Configure. maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure;
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Good team player;
∎ Proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive.;
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bengali;
∎ Have to do shifting duty.
