Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in IPE / Textile Engineering from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the capacity of assigned production lines with proper balancing;
∎ Method study of each operation to improve capacity;
∎ Calculation and reduction of changeover time;
∎ Find out all types of wastage of the assigned area;
∎ Analyze the efficiency of each assigned line and find out the root causes if not achieve the goal;
∎ Implementation of Kaizen to minimize the cost and increase efficiency regularly;
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the head of IE.

Additional Requirements:
∎ relevant working experience, essential;
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
∎ Basic knowledge on IE tools and techniques;
∎ Strong work ethic;
∎ Excellent skill in reporting, power point presentation, MS excel, computer operating.

Salary: Negotiable
