Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain SOP of buyer in production processes;
∎ Prepare style wise master file & review PP sample and trim card;
∎ Conduct Internal Pre production Meeting;
∎ Make style wise master file & review Gold seal sample with tag pack, and trim card;
∎ Prepare monthly FRI statue & production report and send to buying office;
∎ Monitor product quality in every steps of fabric in house to finished goods;
∎ Follow-up sewing & finishing Quality of the product and all approve garments;
∎ Avoid Short & access production and ensure on time shipment;
∎ Maintain washing standard of the finishing product for smooth packing;
∎ Ensure packaging as per buyer requirements/ standard;
∎ Assist QC during final inspection and prepare report and upload into SCM;
∎ Make shipment sample, garments test sample & merchandising requirement sample for every style;
∎ Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job;
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim bottom, preferably with European buyers;
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (sewing, cutting, printing, embroidery);
∎ Knowledge of finishing process;
∎ Quality Management;
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill;
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).
