Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University;
∎ Must have a good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle buyer account and sample development as per customer demand;
∎ Responsible for all type of sample washing with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis;
∎ Effectively interact with Department Head, Merchandiser, Product developer, Production team and others R&D team members to accomplish company goals;
∎ Perform transformation experiment for providing direction and guidance to employee for process improvement and establishing policies;
∎ Ensure to follow customer guideline and instruction during garments processing stage;
∎ Ensuring desired garments quality and all test parameter by lab test as per buyer requirements;
∎ Monitor the wash recipes for proper chemical dosing & provide wash recipe to initiate 1st bulk for set up bulk production recipe;
∎ Research with new process, Technique, Chemicals to minimize the time & cost;
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garments manufacturing;
∎ In-depth knowledge about working in R&D department;
∎ Computer literacy & Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
