Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine production capacity and prepare schedule of production lines.
∎ Make a production bulletin as per requirement.
∎ Design & layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Find out root cause of production problems; perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability.
∎ Operator skill checking.
∎ Using different types of Tools and Technique to improve productivity and efficiency (Time study, Motion study, Lean, 5S, KAIZEN, JIT, Kanban, Six Sigma).
∎ Closely monitoring and making report daily basis (Hourly production, 5S, Efficiency, WIP, Input Output ratio)
∎ Reduce Change Over time during style/layout change.
∎ Arrange training of operator and staff and making skill matrix report of operator.
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have technical knowledge of IE tools and techniques that can lead to improvement in production.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and leadership ability.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience in Industrial Engineering with large knit garments industry.
