Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Graduate in IE/Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct time & motion study during the bulk production.
∎ Prepare bulletin, layout, Line set up and line balancing.
∎ Prepare and produce monthly production report as per order report.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
∎ Assist to co-ordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems.
∎ Determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).
∎ Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ Introduce new work aids & methods.
∎ Monitor & guide, IE/work study officers.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills Educational Requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill
∎ Able to work under pressure
