∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing Technology from any recognized University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation Bulletin (OB) preparation to be done for three stages, Initial Proto Sample and FIT, approved sample and actual OB for layout;
∎ Thread consumption chart preparation and co-ordinate with merchant team for thread purchase;
∎ Updating the SAM Database based on method improvement;
∎ Hourly production follow-up as per given target;
∎ Line balancing & proper manpower allocation;
∎ Proper initiative to achieve good man & machine ratio;
∎ Enhance the total sewing efficiency;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good commination skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Working experience in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
