Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE or Textile Engineering from BUET/KUET/SUST/BUTEX/BUFT/AUST/ any other reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer;
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations;
∎ Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material;
∎ Analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process;
∎ Check the cutting production; sewing production; absenteeism; print and embroidery; cutting balance, non-productive report; and compile reports on progress of work and production problems;
∎ Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine;
∎ Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met. Prepare still inventory for the operator;
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Arrange technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given in line;
∎ Assist IE manager to execute and evaluate workers' performance, motivate workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters, and training needs;
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package;
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player;
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must have working experience in Denim Bottom.
