Educational Requirements:
∎ BA / BSc in any discipline (Can be considerable based on experience)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sewing line layout based on operation bulletin;
∎ Provide requirements of work aid and pattern improvement for improving the productivity in sewing section;
∎ Ensure peak target achievement according to operation bulletin;
∎ Ensure correct thread utilization and monitor and improve techniques if necessary;
∎ Regular method improvement and implementation of all pilot initiatives;
∎ Assist head of IE for improvement activity;
∎ Ensure the requirements of the folder, guide, & needle for smooth production (if necessary).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant working experience, essential.
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
∎ Ability to prepare any sample;
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge;
∎ Good skill over operating all types of sewing machines;
∎ Up to date knowledge on related equipment/machineries;
∎ Strong work ethic.
