Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
∎ Engage in recruitment processes, from sourcing local candidates to deployment
∎ Conduct data analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
∎ Proficiently manage ERP software related to HR functions.
∎ Facilitate communication and engagement among employees.
∎ Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
∎ Work for effective management and team building.
∎ Counsel the general issues like company rules regulation.
∎ Ensure floor visit to maintain hygienic and healthy environment
∎ Ensure buyers’ social compliance & audit related documentation update
∎ Arrange all kind of training programs and prepare training agenda
∎ Management for floor employees
