Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of employee health, safety, fire prevention and firefighting, hygiene and environment Assisting in Recruitment, Payroll, Background verification process Training to the agents Prepare draft of various official letters, Notices, e-mail etc.
- Implement HR strategies, implement HR Plan, policies, initiatives, Code of Conduct of the company with the overall business strategy.
- Maintaining daily attendance, Leave, late of every employee. Maintain the procedure of disciplinary action. Handle Recruitment, Selection & Placement related all activities. Conduct annual performance appraisal.
- Conduct employee confirmation process along with prior approval.
- Prepare various type of report as per requirement.
- Handle any unwanted situation competently, promptly & tactfully.
- Develop & update manpower planning.
- Prepare & update organogram and manpower setup Maintain office cleaning and environment issues Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Coordinate different events.
- Develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives including competitive compensation and benefit programs, regulatory compliance programs, organizational development programs, payroll administration and employee record management.
- Administer the payroll management, establish company wages and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company.
- Improve the existing process and functions & facilities of the company to ensure efficiency of resources and maximize the return.
- Administer the employee separation process for all employees during dismiss, discharge, termination etc.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Oversee the administrative works includes discipline maintenance, office protocol, attendance check, entry time ensure, general site/office maintenance.
- Motivational program arranging for employees.
- Any task assigns by Management or Supervisor.
