Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome clients.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained in a presentable condition.
∎ Handle phone calls incoming/ Outgoing with greetings in a professional way and provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email/WhatsApp.
∎ Receive, Sort, and distribute daily Mail/ Deliveries.
∎ Receive New Passports & enter the data in CRM,
∎ Call passengers and agents to collect documents and upload those in CRM.
∎ Provide general administrative support.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Computer skills with a very good typing speed.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
