Education:
B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any reputed university.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and system logic.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Serve as the functional expert for the PMS & other HR software; managing user access, system configurations, and troubleshooting technical glitches.
Identify manual HR tasks (e.g., probation tracking, appraisal notifications) and develop automated/ AI driven workflows or scripts to improve efficiency.
Act as the technical point of contact between the HR team and the software providers for updates, API integrations, or custom feature requests.
Assist in designing and deploying digital appraisal forms (KPI) into the software.
Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on how to navigate the PMS effectively.
Maintain digital employee files and ensure data privacy compliance.
Propose, initiate and drive AI initiatives in HR functions.
