Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment associate, non-management staffs as per cadre budget.
∎ Design and update job descriptions regularly.
∎ Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job portal)
∎ Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
∎ Interview candidates. (Associate & Non-Management)
∎ Confirm provide appointment letter & confirmation letter Management, non-management & associate with evolution sheet.
∎ Make budget for require manpower.
∎ Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring candidates.
∎ Make Organogram for all department.
∎ Make sure all employee files are maintaining properly.
∎ Make report on KPI of collecting data from all department and present to management.
∎ Maintaining Discipline and check proper dress up of Associate in floor.
∎ New Associate's primary document check.
∎ Fill-up Evaluation sheet for new Associate and send them to respective section for skill test.
∎ Fill-up related document such as Employee background check, Nominee form, Application form, Service Book and Appointment letter with proper document. Also providing Appointment letter, Hand Book.
∎ Providing ID number by maintaining ID register, and receive ID card from payroll and distribute among new and existing employees.
∎ Face punch machine registration.
∎ Providing proper dress according to section, size and gender wise with maintain dress register to new and existing employee.
∎ Shortly briefing company rules and regulations to new employees.
∎ Handover the new associate to the training centre by maintain proper document.
∎ Update personal files when required.
∎ Sourcing associate outside from the factory when required.
∎ Prepare various report as and when required.
∎ Disciplinary action related documentation prepare according to labour law.
∎ Training new and existing associate.
∎ Any other valid job given by line manager as and when required.
∎ Maintain worker leave procedure
∎ Maintaining all employees leave management system (Associate & Non-Management).
∎ Follow up line absenteeism
∎ Grievance handling.
∎ Conduct associate training.
∎ Prepare exit clearance for associate & Non-Management.
∎ Counselling to employees for late coming, reduce absenteeism, disciplines etc.
∎ Prepare Confirmation, promotion, increment letter & keep into file.
∎ Prepare and issue of lefty workers' disciplinary letter and do/follow-up process of distribution through general post office.
∎ Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
∎ Support recruitment team for interviewing of new candidates.
