∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in social compliance,KPI Management System
∎ Training/Trade Course: Bangladesh labour Law,Advanced Microsoft Excel,English spoken and written
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment plan based on production order according to Manpower budget plan.
∎ Officer & Staff recruitment as per shortage.
∎ Follow up KPI & Successor plan.
∎ Maintain & update JD, Organogram.
∎ Co-ordinate skill development training program as per training calendar along with IE & production team.
∎ Follow up performance management system.
∎ Industrial relationship & monitor Grievance handling.
∎ To prepare compensation & benefit bill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Training on KPI Management system.
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
