Job Responsibilities:
∎ Absent Counselling.
∎ Head Count/Absent report Check.
∎ Leave Management.
∎ Grievance handling and workers counseling.
∎ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Health & Safety Management.
∎ Absent data collection from line by line.
∎ Skill grading for workers.
∎ Chronic case handle and provide awareness.
∎ Inform about pay and incentive policy.
∎ Harassment and abuse handle by 0 tolerance.
∎ Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfort fable speaking up.

∎ Age 26 to 35 years
