∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ Skills Required: ClickUP, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Slack
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, HRM
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Call Center, Interior Design, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Implement HR Strategies.
∎ Manage talent acquisition, growth, and retention.
∎ Supervise payroll and expense management with timely processing
∎ Maintain work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
∎ Create a positive work environment and build a strong organizational culture.
∎ Make the employee work report every week/month
∎ Help to plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, including team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs
∎ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
∎ Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
