Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Spoken and written ability in English
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Advanced Excel in Computer Program
∎ Training/Trade Course: Industrial Training,Bangladesh Labor Law2006
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Able to work under pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Home Processing (Three Production Floor)
∎ & Stitching (Six Production Floor)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To verify manpower set up & to prepare requisition summary as per submitted requisition and to ensure circular internally & externally if required.
∎ Monitoring grievance receiving, Primary investigation if necessary, Issue show cause, arrange inquiry lawfully, issue warning/Dismiss letter as per law & maintaining file accordingly .
∎ Monitoring Absenteeism Counselling & long Absent procedure and keeping post ticket in personal profile who have been absent for 10 days if failure of any communication.
∎ Training :
∎ Frequency: To ensure training for all employees two times in a year (Health & safety, Discipline, Policy etc.)
∎ Induction: Must be ensured all new employees before joining ((Health & safety, Discipline, Policy, Benefit & compensation etc.)
∎ Insurance Registration: Data download & ensure Biometric registration of all employee on BGMEA software.
∎ To observe & evaluate right employee as per policy who are capable & eligible to get promotion or increment (yearly or special) and also keeping personal profile accordingly.
∎ Checking Daily absenteeism, attendance including late & early attendance, off day violation, shift management, over time and counselling accordingly.
∎ To ensure housekeeping issue & to check compliance issue like Health & Safety Issue: Ensuring to free Iles Mark, Fire safety equipment, DB,MDB,LDB and to follow up Sewing m/c check card,First aid box, Chemical handling (Secondery containment, MSDS, Bangla steaker, Proper PPE wearing of Color kitchen, Chemical house, Chemical sub store), ensure wearing all required uniform & PPE.
∎ Civil work & Purchase : Verify & ensure broken or new requirement which is necessary for health & safety or working environment as per policy and also arrange to purchase required ppe & equipment by coordinating with Head Office as per policy.
∎ Responsible to write meeting minutes about crisis or achievement as per guideline of agenda.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
